Questions we get about this one
No, and that is the point — every plant grows differently. What we guarantee is the size, the health and the leaf count described in “What arrives”. If yours falls short of that, tell us and we will make it right.
Send us a photograph within seven days of delivery and we replace the plant. No receipts, no return shipping, no argument. Minor leaf drop and a few creased leaves are normal transit effects and are not damage — the plant will recover within a fortnight.
Not everywhere. Live plants can only travel so far before the journey stops being fair to them, so check your PIN code above for an honest answer. Pots, tools and seeds ship nationwide regardless.
Not immediately. Give it two to four weeks to settle into your light and humidity first — repotting on arrival asks a plant to recover from two shocks at once. When you do repot, go up one pot size, not three.
This one is best kept out of reach. Its sap can irritate the mouth and stomach if chewed. If you share your home with a determined cat, filter the shop by “Pet safe” — there is a good selection that is genuinely non-toxic.
