Everything breakable is wrapped and double-boxed. If something arrives damaged, photograph it within seven days and we will replace it.
Yes — unused and in its original packaging, within seven days. Soil, compost and opened consumables are the exception; once a bag is open we cannot resell it.
Pots, stands, tools and seeds ship nationwide. Only live plants have PIN-code restrictions.
