Grown for leaf rather than oilseed here, mustard is close to foolproof and very fast — a tray sown at the start of the month is on the table by the end of it. The flavour sharpens as the plant ages, so cut young for salad and older for saag. Let one plant run to flower at the end of the season and the pollinators will find your balcony.

Yes — unused and in its original packaging, within seven days. Soil, compost and opened consumables are the exception; once a bag is open we cannot resell it.
