Tulsi asks for very little: a sunny spot, a pot with drainage, and water when the top inch dries. Sow on the surface and press in rather than burying — the seed needs light to germinate. Pinch the growing tips from the second month and the plant bushes out instead of running to flower, which is what keeps the leaf coming.

Yes — unused and in its original packaging, within seven days. Soil, compost and opened consumables are the exception; once a bag is open we cannot resell it.
